This is "Gunnshy," whose elevation of 6,218 ft is just shy of Gunn's, as viewed from the East Peak of Gunn. Some fine back country ski terrain that Sergio and I might hit next winter/spring. Beckey calls Pk 6218 "Jumpoff Ridge" but I'm not in support of this moniker. True, though, Pk 6218 is the high-point of Jumpoff Ridge, which extends right (north) out of the photo frame. Incidentally, Mt. Pilchuck is on the horizon at right. April 26, 2004.
