Re: Cross-Country to Chicken Spring LakeActually, it was really incredible! You cross a huge moonscape flat, then traverse a class 2 talus slope before dropping through a notch and down about 1000ft of deep sand right to the lake. That's the best part, plunge-stepping down that huge sand slope.
