Tony Tsuboi on the beginning...

Tony Tsuboi on the beginning of the East Ridge. We did a running belay for this until the top of the first tall tower, at which point I set up a belay. We then simul-climbed from there once the rope, which we initially doubled, ran out. The exposure (down either side) soon ratchets up to extreme levels...the knife edge traverse fast approaches.
