This a view down and roughly NW, from near the top of the optional descent canyon. Though no worse than class 3, the walls are composed of crumbly rock. The canyon dumps out near the red arrow in a previous picture, at waypoint H8.

The ascent route is easier -- it's just longer if you are going to NCB.

I don't know of a SCB. Maybe that class 5 fin.
