Topographic map of Finland. Note the town of Kilpisjärvi and Halti in the extreme North-West.
Rovaniemi is the largest city (35.000 inhabitants) and also the capital of Lapland. There are daily flights from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, Kemi, Kittilä, and Ivalo. Enontekiö also has limited flights.
Note the Arctic Circle just above Rovaniemi.
