| This was my second climb of Uncompahgre, the first having been done less than a month before. It was such a fun hike we used it to give some of our NY friends a taste of Colorado 14er climbing. The day was picture-perfect and the hike was successful and enjoyed by all. We car camped in a large meadow about 1/2 mile from the Nellie Creek TH. | |
