read yourlog entry Dirk & it brought back some familiar memories...like going from flat to vertical with 2000' of exposure ...remember peering over the rim & thinking "fuck me!"...what a climb, one of the funnest we've done to date!

Re: Sweet diggityThanks, Mark- a great time, & a great climb, fo' sho! Tyrolean is fun, too. I'd recommend practicing the Tyrolean a day or 2 in advance to make sure your procedure is dialed, & practice hooking as well (my partner led the 2nd pitch, with the hooking, & was glad we'd practiced the day before). Back in Colorado now. Had a great time in WA, ID, & now CO. Hope all is well in Tha Bay. Talk soon.
