A Little About Me
Rock climbing since 2005, started building anchors with gear in 2006, began leading sport routes in 2007, and trad routes in 2010. So far my most difficult sport lead is 5.10b, and 5.6 on trad.
A student of Mazamas Basic Climber Education Program in 2006, and assisted with 2009 & 2010 classes.<\br> Completed Mazamas Mountaineering First Aid in winter of 2010.
My goal is to become a strong alpine climber and to explore the more remote and technical peaks of the cascades.
My personal philosophy is that we live to learn and it's our responsibility to teach. Should we meet at a crag I'm always happy to gather others thoughts on anchors, placements, and techniques, and will gladly share my own.
