A Little About Me
My boyfriend, tyler m here on SP, recently passed away. He was an outdoor enthusiast and loved snow climbing. As a tribute to him, his climbing partner, best friend and brother, and I will carry some of his ashes to the top of Mt. Shasta in Northern, CA. Tyler attempted Shasta twice this past winter and never summited. I'm here on SP for the sole purpose of learning about the mountain, its routes and characteristics. This will be my highest climb to date. As an east coast native my biggest concern is altitude.
