A Little About Me
Climbed North Mount Elbert (14440 ft) and Huron Peak via Lulu Gulch (14012) back in Colorado as well as Flattop (3510 ft) in Alaska. Goal is to hike around Europe (in Italy) with peaks of 13000 ft - 14000 ft.
Attempted Mount Belford (14203 ft) in CO, but got caught in the snow storm at 13000 ft.
In Italy, I climbed Pietra di Bismantova (1047 m) and hiked a lot around Pieve di Ledro (Monte Tremalzo 1975 m and Rif. Nino Pernici 1600 m) and Levanto (Punta Mesco).
There's something about being afraid, about being small, about enforced humility that draws me to climbing (Krakauer).
