View from Mount Houghton

From Mount Houghton and Relay Ridge, there are excellent views of Castle Peak, Basin Peak, Mount Lola, and Sierra Buttes. These mountains are all located to the northwest. I took this photo on August 3rd, 2008. The only fires in view were far to the north, and didn't haze the air in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
