View from Numa Ridge

Looking north from Numa Ridge. This may be part of the Kintla Peak massif, but I do not know this area of the park well enough to say it is definitively. Glacier National Park, MT-- July 2000

Re: Where?

It was 11 years ago, so I can't recall with 100% certainty, but I'm pretty sure it was within a rock's throw of the lookout. I had wandered away a little to get a small sense of isolation that the lookout wasn't allowing. A little later, I talked to the guy up there and found out some pretty interesting things about the job.

Re: Where?

In case anyone is wondering, this is a view of the long ridgeline SW of Kintla Peak. Specifically, the point on the left is Pt. 9430.
