The two NE Face chutes on...
The two NE Face chutes on Middle Palisade as viewed from the central morraine. Secor's chute can be entered by the exposed class 3 ledge (some travel on glacier required) or by the exposed class 4 chimney (no glacier travel required). Secor's chute has less loose rock than the lower part of the Main Chute, but the latter has less route-finding issues. Aug 26, 2002
