Route to Białczańska Przełęcz Wyżnia: The route begins at the southeast shore of Czarny Staw (Black Tarn), on the waymarked trail to the summit of Rysy. The most convenient place to leave the waymarked trail is marked with a yellow dot. The path, obscured by the grass, runs just right of the debris flow track (or torrential runoff channel) filled with bare talus, then climbs the rock step in the foreground.
