Italian normal route to Piz Bernina from Campo Moro



Section 3 between Rif. Marinelli Bombardieri (2813m) and Rif. Marco e Rosa (3609m)



Behind Bombardieri hut there is a steep ascent over large granite boulders and muddy glacial streams to the edge of upper Scerscen glacier. Navigating over and around the streams can be tricky. Section lasts 45mins.
