Italian normal route to Piz Bernina from Campo Moro



Section 3 between Rif. Marinelli Bombardieri (2813m) and Rif. Marco e Rosa (3609m)



Sections over the upper Scerscen glacier, which go close to the mighty faces of Bernina group peaks, are strewn with granite boulders which fall from the above. Behind is huge eastern face of Piz Argient (3945m) which is some 800m high.
