McHenrys Peak seen from Wild Basin (south). To the left the Notch is clearly visible. The Class 4 route from it climbs the steep slabs along the skyline and then traverses at the top of the southwest face on a ledge. Powell Peak, to the west, is partially hidden by Mount Alice. In the foreground is the west ridge of Copeland Mountain. Rocky Mountain National Park, August 2005. Comments [ Post a Comment ]
