I wonder if it's actually abandoned. THe lumber looks pretty new and the galvanized steel door latch looks as if it was purchased at Home Depot last week!

Would be an interesting research project for someone to get the skinny on this little claim. I think I read on a message board post that Craig Peer has a claim somewhere...
