WHY do they call it the wave? The neighbor kid wants to know if they allow skate-boarding there! : > )

I have never seen anything in the rules about skateboard one way or the other. ;) The rock is fragile however.

I suppose it's called the Wave due to the Wavy rocks .. maybe like surfing a wave? We will be here!
