Fun knife edge

Now knowing to be more careful of loose rock in this section, scrambling back up the knife edge on the east ridge of Provo Peak was quite exhilarating. 7/11/14

Sketchy!

I was halfway across that when I realized that half the stuff I was holding on to was completely shattered and loose. After my buddy watched me go across he decided to go around to the South. Not much of a detour and much safer.

We did the whole ridge from Cascade Saddle over to Provo Peak. Amazing views and interesting scrambling.

Wow, you're braver than I am to take on that whole ridge if the rest of it was anything like this section. I would like to give Freedom Peak a try sometime, though.
