From the meadow around 1500m, a view back down the ridge. The village of Cartisoara is exactly in the center of the photo. At the same distance, to the right side of the photo, is the village of Arpasu de Sus. In the distance beyond Arpasu de Sus, on the banks of the river Olt, is Arpasu de Jos. South of Arpasu de Sus at the foot of the hills, near where the fields end, you can see the red roof of Pastravaria Albota.
