Webster BM and 10282 - Park County, Guanella Pass

A couple of easy access 10ers.

We hit these two little fellas before the next storm hit. I haven't done anything off of Guanella Pass' south side, so this was a new area for me. Nice close access for a lot of peaks, and a road that is usually maintained for some distance make for good access.

Stats: 4 miles RT, 1400' of gain.

This was the longer, more difficult of the two. Mostly because of the north aspect, which keeps the snow longer. Really no surprises, though. Follow the trail until you feel like heading uphill. Head uphill to the summit. Reverse course.

Stats: 1.4 miles RT, 500' gain.

Talk about short and sweet. Even though this peak is higher, it had a lot less snow, like mostly zero, due to the south aspect. Lots of blown-down trees from the windstorm 2 weeks ago, but otherwise uncomplicated. Follow the ridge up, summit the hard to discern summit, reverse course.
