Maybe that was the same system hitting West Virginia this weekend. On the day you were out here, I was at Seneca Rocks and Blackwater Falls. The latter park looked much like your pictures, but without the blue skies. Maybe I'll get around to posting some pictures to your Blackwater page; the falls were spectacular, rimmed with ice.
I was at Blackwater Falls a couple of years ago when the snow and ice was so deep that the stairs and overlook above the falls were completely covered and, thus, off limits.
