Dean, always during my winter trekking I do it. This is very nice moment after the day. During summer I affraid to cause a forest fire. Thanks!!!

I rarely build campfires, but when I do I have to admit that they make me feel good. Sometimes I can't quite practice leave-no-trace. Those are the times when I build a small campfire.

Bob, such campfires I do only in winter or early spring. To prepare it I use dried lower branches of spruce, free of snow or ice. It is really nice to look at fire; it is our atavism :)
Cheers!!!!!!!!
