The wolf is...Its a Tsjechoslovakian wolfdog. I had one once. They are magificent.

dog on glacier!For many years I had an Ausi that hiked up mountains with me. She loved the snow, and even spent a night on top a 14000 foot peak in the Sierras with me. No, no sleeping bags, but hugged each other all night.
