Annotated panorama of the Ohrenspitzen

Seen from the southwest, in the Antholzer Valley. It is funny how distances can be deceiving, making the Kleine Ohrenspitze look like the main summit. The others are simply a bit further away. The normal route to the Große Ohrenspitze starts on the other side by gaining the Ohrenscharte (2898m), the saddle with the unimpressive looking Kleine Ohrenspitze. From there mostly follow the ridge to the summit, partly traverse below the ridge on the other side. 4 August 2014.
