The
Eastern Alps mountains of the
Bregenzerwaldgebirge, seen from
Loch (1'420m / 4'659ft).
From left to right, the most notable peaks are: Alpkopf (1788m),
Hoher Ifen (2229m), Holenke (
Kanisfluh) (2044m),
Hoher Freschen (2004m), Matona (1998m), Hochkünzelspitze (2397m), Zitterklapfen (2403m), Glattspitze (2133m), Türtschhorn (2096m), and Braunarlspitze (2649m, incomplete).
Loch amounts to little more than two huts on Unter Kamor, near Ruen. The distance from there to Hoher Freschen is 21.2km / 13.2mi.
