Counting

The state has such a variety of high points, all sitting in an incredible variety of landscapes. When I feel like getting out, not minding a drive, I consult this list. There's always a reward at the top, every time.

Fun trips  Sucess!

Well it took me long enough, due to many other priorities. 3,802 days from my first peak on the list (Lassen Peak in 2002) until Loma Prieta over 10 years later. Good set of trips even if not quite the same feeling as the county highpoints. Lots of driving for me to get out to the desert peaks... and nice to see new areas!
