Peru: Chopicalqui Ascent
Chopicalqui, 6354m (20,846 ft). Southwest RidgeWe took a 4 wheel drive from Huaraz to the Laguna Llanganuco and then further to Portachuelo Pass at 4000m (13,120 ft). We started the walk from there and we reached the Chopicalqui camp 1 at 5550m (18,050 ft).
We climbed Chopicalqui on the second day.
We took the tent down and went back to Huaraz the third day.
