Route Description

This route follows a well maintained trail up the cliffs that make up the east side of Blue Hill. The trailhead starts across from the bridge that crosses the west branch of the Susquehanna. The trail is only about .9 of a mile in length to reach the top and can be done in half ah hour. You'll gain almost 400 feet on the trail. The views from the top are among the best in the area unless your flying. This makes for an excellent sunrise trip if you are in the area as well. The total round-trip is almost 2 miles.

Essential Gear

Comfortable shoes, snacks and a camera.
