Cliffs near Ptarmigan Tunnel
As weather was getting worse and worse three days earlier and I couldn't find the correct route down to the tunnel, I found myself attempting a few different ways to downclimb these cliffs. Not one of them worked, and it should be pretty easy to see why.
Near where those trees meet the sheer cliffs, I slipped on wet rock and somehow caught myself with one hand, wrenching my arm pretty badly but preventing a fall onto a narrow, sloping ledge that probably would have been the precursor to a very fast, very unpleasant descent to where I wanted to go.
