"Dino" of Lake Mead

This is a Side-Blotched Lizard. The dark blotch after which the name of the species comes from is visible on the side of his chest just behind the front leg. Photographd in Lake Mead Area, Nevada. Side-blotched lizards are very small in size, only 4-6 inches long from snout to tip of their tail
