I was quite impressed with the job Peter Jackson did with Gollum's character and look.

Re: Eh, eh nice idea Tim!Well i agree with Tim that Gollum is one of the best characterized in the Lord of the Rings...But also i agree with Ejnar: often he is quite disgusting...
But i think that in the bottom of our heart we can't fully detest him...he sometimes has some flash of light...he sometimes shows a bit of humanity. A complex character.
