Fineilspitze (3516m) trying to pierce through the clouds

Seen from the north, from the trail between the Rofenkarferner and Breslauer Hütte. The weather was a bit unreliable during my stay in the Ötztal in 2012. This day was actually a pretty good one, we had enjoyed sunshine and later a few more clouds developed, but nothing serious came of it. A few days later seemed to be similar, but we were surprised by a fast developing big thunderstorm. Tricky business, trying to predict the weather in the mountains. 7 July 2012.
