From Pop Ivan in Chornohora range till Vyshkiv pass and further along Pikuy polonynas till current POL/UKR borderline at Uzhok pass and Sianki village. Tough challenge especially in Gorgany wilderness!

p.s.
Mount Bushtul, where the photo was taken is probably the hardest accessible hiking(not climbing) culmination of Carpathian arch...

And how about border section Uzhotska pass - Kremenets?
