How about that long awaited page on Gran Fillarhorn next? (I climbed most of the way up Punter Grober in June last year just to take some photos of it for you to use, if you recall!).

Yep, this is one of the many. In fact, there are loads of interesting routes in South Tyrol that can be soloed. Some involve a short glacier crossing, such as the nearby Hochfeiler when starting from the Edelrauthütte. I asked the hut warden about it and he considered the route safe enough for soloing.
As for Grosses Fillarhorn, don't worry, I haven't forgotten that one. Eventually I'll get around to it.
