Thriling rock!I have only a memory of this huge rock. It is when I visited Boreo in summer 1992. I stopped at KualaRumpur and my guide let me to see this one. Thanks for sharing nice photo!

Re: Thriling rock!Yes, it is thriling rock Kenzo. But it is in Myanmar. Situated at the Paung laung ridge of the eastern yoma mountains, near Kyaikto town about 160km from Yangon. One of the most famous place of Buddhist pilgrimage in Asia.

1. as Myanmar Buddhist people, they love to do pagoda on the summit of mountains what they believe. This one as well ..It is a granite boulder..but very wonderful what appears to be a very precarious position.
2. Yes, they guilded real gold leafs on the rock what they believe.
