Looking down

On the ridge between the Eppzirler Scharte and the Erlspitze lies a small gap, the Erlscharte. I didn't like the look of this descent, straight down into the Gießenbachtal to the north-west, so, instead, I went down along the ridge to the Eppzirler Scharte, which is secured by cables, and descended into the valley from there.
