I like the idea that you are having people do some research in order to keep it more "pristine." You have a great mountain page and the photos are absolutely beautiful!!

Very nice page. I like the looks of peaks in the Gore Range, nice and rugged.

Nice page. So what peaks in the Gores haven't you climbed, or is a secret? Have you done Eagles Nest yet? Its a good one. My wife and I did it on our anniversary only a few months after moving to Colorado.

Thanks for the vote. Planning on Eagles Nest next year for sure. Still looking at the possibility of attempting the ridge between it and Powell. Need a lot more beta, will try to locate some over the winter.

Incredible indeed and outstanding for sure. Excellent route photos. This one clearly rivals many Colorado Peaks for difficulty by its easiest route (without rope and rack). Information provided confirms this. What an amazing climb and a great looking mountain!

I don’t know Kane…I think that you might be starting to slip a bit. I guess I will still vote 4 stars, this time anyway :-)

Hey Gareth, thanks for the nice vote. The other day I shot a good photo of Geissler Mountain from Point 13,150. Here it is.

Nice! That has to be the best angle to photograph the mountain from in order to maximize alpine impressiveness (Geissler can use the help) . I think the page has a new main photo. Your pictures of Geissler blow mine out of the water. I need to get back up there now that I have a real camera and a clue on how to take decent photos. I’m, gasp, even starting to ponder getting a digital to supplement my film SLR…

Pretty cool mountain and pix of Knife Edge. I think I found it on the map, but mum's the word.

Very well written and informative page. The pictures help to make it titillating, especially the knife edge and the summit block. Thanks for posting!
