what a beautiful shot !I would like to be there in this fabulous scenery.
Just a question; with so much snow going up by feet is tremendously hard, why didn't you use skies with seal skins?
Or deliberately did it to test your resistance for an Himalayan expedition?

Re: what a beautiful shot !Going up on skies would be much more dangerous than do it this way. On some parts ridge was quite thin so we wanted to stay as closer to each other, connected with ropes.
But the way down, on opposite side was veeery fun... :)
