"perfect fit" I'm a small girl and North Face offers all their backpack in S,M,L( some time even XS). The bag is easy to adjust. North Face started off with bags, so they are generally a head on products of equivalent prices. I had an Eureka! it was a 4/5, but this one is a solid 5/5. The frame really make a big difference on longer trip (heavier load).

* The new Crestone Women from North Face is heavier and the material they used is more delicate therefore more subject to scatches and cuts. On the bright side they add a front panel so that you can unload from the top or the side.
