Great pix for cheap
I needed a camera for hiking to replace my Nikon. I didn't want to spend a lot of money seeing as what could possibly happen to it. After doing some research I decided to go with this one because almost every review I read the response was positive so I took a chance. I've been surprised and very pleased with the performance. The pictures this thing takes are true and the 6x zoom is amazingly sharp. Many people with more expensive cameras even DSLR's are impressed with the pictures I'm able to take. The only drawback I have with it is the lack of a true manual mode. But the auto iso and image stabilization almost make up for it in any situation. But for under $200 what do expect?
