Product Description

Taken from website:

The Coleman F1 Lite Lantern throws off a healthy glow, and weighs just 3.2oz detached from its fuel supply. It's a classic little propane lamp that's perfect for your Alaskan cabin, campsite, or back porch. The F1 Lite is refreshingly simple, with just a mesh mantle guard, wire fuel toggle, and connecting valve making up the entire lantern. Snap it onto a fuel canister, light it up, and illuminate your secret getaway spot whether it's miles from nowhere or right in your back yard.

Features

This little lantern packs down very small and puts off a healthy glow comparable to a 50 watt lightbulb. It weighs in at a mere 3 ounces and uses the same fuel canister you would bring for many backpacking stoves. The mantels are cloth and although they can tear easily, the case and cage-cover are durable and protect well. The spare mantels are weightless and pack down small.

Opinion
This is a great "luxury" item to carry along on backpacking trips. It's amazing how nice it is to be able to light this after dark. It even puts off some heat and is convient to warm hands over. It's probably not a good idea to use it in your tent unless VERY well ventilated. Being so light and durable, there is really no reason not to bring it.

Pretty cool!
