It has a very stiff sole, which both gives me the stability to rest in a comfortable way on the wall and allows me to walk around quite a bit without feeling the pebbles too much.
The body is built in a very comfortable way and I can easily wear the shoe for a whole day without too much pain.
It's not a tech-shoe, but on the other hand it's works great on longer runs. I never experienced any problems of feeling the foot go numb, as you sometimes do in more technical shoes.
Suede is much more comfortable than some synthetic alternatives I've tried earlier.
Boreal's soles have very grip and the ledges are put in the perfect position on the end of the sole.
Minor annoyances
The lacing can be a bit tough sometimes. Fast lacing system on the new version?
The sole is as on every other Boreal wearing down a little bit too quickly.
A really good and very comfortable shoe. The stiff sole makes it easy to climb and the grip of the sole is awesome. I use this shoe for indoor climbing and easier routes in the rocks.
