Obviously this is a major expedition. Thus nobody expects you to have climbed the peak. But as the peak is high, it draws a lot of interest, so the maintainer should make a good-faith effort to research the history of the climbing and the major logistics. Would be nice to link to many other resources on the internet.
I have updated the web page with information regarding the first ascent, notable routes and parties and basics of the standard route. Check it out and let me know what you think.

Good page. Why do people call it Peak Garmo? I have always heard it called Pik Kommunizma (Communism Peak)? Is it because of the breakup of the Soviet Union?
Good page about this "monster" Of the Pamir. I climbed it in 1995 by way of the classical route. When I get the time I will invest some work to put up the most common routes on this peak.
The page has been remade from scratch and it would be great if you had a look at it. Consider to raise the vote or/and give me some hints on what I can do better.

Yes, some of the big peak's pages have not been updated for long and some were very thin. Like this one. Seven sentences in total, not counting the cut-and-paste overview section :-)

Untitled CommentWell, that is a much better page now, congratulations. I appreciate the more detailed info about the mountain itself and the routes known.
