Anybody use these things? I consider myself in decent shape but every time I use this it kicks my ass. I'd be sore or feel my abs being a bit stiff the next day or day after that. I do about 60 slides and 40 crunches. Not sure if I'm just not in good of a shape I think I am or I'm using it wrong. When I use the Ab Slide, I extend all the way out. I use this on the days I'm not climbing.
Damm... you must be bored to be posting about anything seen in an infomercial?? Time to start that job search?? That thingie probably works great!! I just prefer the scenery at yoga class. Maybe if you didn’t have so many cams your ad slider workouts would go better??? Will I see you at JT for Thanksgiving or the ODC Christmas party??
