So, I always thought it was strange that thermalrest pads have a different distribution of insulation in their women's version because (in theory) women get cold in different spots then men do.
I'm not sure how you actually test these things....
My conclusion: I don't care how big your ass is, minus 20 is minus 20. If you can save a few dollars, do it. Unless the bag is hot pink with a picture of Cinderella on it.
