You're thin but healthy. You could increase muscle mass by reducing your running distance and increasing the amount of weight you lift, but it probably won't help your climbing.

We eat lots of beef, with fat, pork with fat and more fat, sugar (in everything), anything with alcohol in it, and wheat--lots of wheat.
Seriously now, if you are climbing in cold and snow you need fat, either on you or in you. Check out the Eskimo (Aleut) diet: mostly pure fat. I've noticed that people in warm latitudes can get by on lots of fruit (light food) and the colder the climate the more fat the human body needs until you get up to the Arctic where you can live on almost 100% fat.
