EDIT POST

Hey all!

I've been Trad climbing far the last few years and this winter I am looking to learn how to ice climb, and maybe eventually get into alpine stuff. So if you have an extra set of tools (I do have crampons and bots) and don't mind teaching, let me know. I'm young and Fit and have no problem carrying the gear in exchange for learning. Also, as I know that people new on ice are dangerous towards ropes, I'll put mine up if you want.

I've of course read all of freedom of the hills, Also I am reading "Alpine Climbing" ( a book by the Mountaineers), and Extreme Alpinism should be arriving tomorrow from amazon. I have also done a few much les technical snow trips including Baldy Bowl. Now I just need someone to go with who is willing to pass down some knowledge to you younger generation.

I'm available pretty much every weekend from now onwards.

-Jace
