Anyone been up there lately. Is there any ice (left) worth trying?
Thanks

Carbo, I have not been there this year, but, since nobody yet responded, my 2c. The icefall there is fed by snow melting from the valley above the falls. There is a stream there as well, but it only contributes to the ice, it is not the major source of it. When the snow year is poor, there is GENERALLY little ice. Maybe someone was there recently and can comment.

Thanks. Rain turned to snowing late Saturday. There was a full flowing waterfall and no ice to speak. The landscape was beautiful in the new cover though.
I was mainly going to just play in the snow anyway, but ice would have been nice.
Looked good for BC skiing up higher (trail to Pear lake)
